A Process Toward Perfection

How the process works…


First steps…. Tell us about your project !

Send us an email outlining your project with the specific areas you would like our assistance with. Include a description of your project, send photos of your room or rooms, as well as your contact information with your phone number and preferred times for a call back.


Lets chat…

Following on is a phone call with us about your project and a run through our design service & process. We will quickly determine the most effective way to meet your project goals.


Design fee

We price each project individually and we promptly let you know our fee & our terms and conditions. If you’re happy to proceed we usually arrange a home visit.



On the first visit…We find out the details, take photographs and construct a plan , considering your requirements, aspirations and budget so we can hone our design approach to achieve the best results for you.



On the second visit … we present the proposed scheme and electronic mood boards in person usually at your home or via zoom. These help you visualise the finished result and will give you a feel for how your room will look with the colours, fabrics ,furniture and lighting suggestions. We can provide fabric samples so that you can feel the textures & see the actual colours suggested . Floor plans or 3D images are also an option if required.


We also answer any queries you may have about the concept.

Following this you will receive a quotation outlining the cost of your project.


Concept approval

Having approved the concept design we begin work. We then partner with our specialist suppliers making sure every detail is taken care of whether it’s bespoke furniture, bespoke kitchens, finished curtains & blinds, wallpapers, lighting, flooring or styling
